This is version 3.0 of the DetGun, please submit any problems or

The DetGun is a modified rifle, mainly to be used for sniping.
It launches an arrow at a blazing speed at your target.  The arrow
sticks in the target and begins to emit a sound that gradually
gets louder and louder. During this time the target also shrinks
until they become a tiny size. Then, after about 15 seconds the arrow
(and the target) explode into a burst of guts.  

This is version 3.0, more versions will follow.

Hit <TAB> during a game, and type "summon detgun.detgun" to get
ahold of one!  Zoom in on a target and launch an arrow at it and
watch it run around in confusion and eventually explode.

Changes/Fixes in version 3.0:
	- No more staying tiny after you die!
	- Adjusted exploding when going through teleporters
	- You won't be able to jump quite as high when shrinking
	- Your view (eye height) is lowered as you shrink
	- Moved the DetGun to a new class; it's now ready for
	  a new model, etc.


Changes/Fixes since version 1.0:

        - (2.0) The arrows now shrink the enemy target!
        - (2.0) Touched up a few things with the code, but nothing major.
        - Arrow should now appear a little more inside the player
          though it may be harder to see now.
        - The arrows should no longer hover in midair after a player
          who was hit dies from a different weapon (before the arrow
          ticked down).  If you see one doing this, please tell me
          ASAP and what situations it occured under.
        - The arrows now disappear when a player who has been hit
          runs through a teleporter.  While I am going to find a way
          to avoid having to do this, I don't think it's necessarily
          a bad idea, and it gives players some form of hope.
        - The rifle shells no longer drop from the weapon when firing.

Possible Future Additions:

        - Completely new sounds
        - Fix for when a player runs through teleporters.
        - Having the players view shake when arrows are stuck to them.
        - Maybe having the player take small incremental damage while
          the arrow ticks down.
