---Installation---
goodrail.u goes into your /unreal/system directory.
goodrail.int goes into your /unreal/system directory.
This readme goes wherever you want it.
To summon the weapon, go to the console (tab or ~ key)
and type summon goodrail.rail.  The ammo's summon command is
summon goodrail.railammo.  The modified health-pack's command is
summon goodrail.radhealth.
Or, you can start a "Rail Arena" game, under Botmatch menu

--- Weapon Description ---

Fire: Fires the currently selected mode

AltFire: Toggles between modes

1-Single Shot/Sniper Mode:
Fires a uranium projectile.  If it hits a target, the target
becomes "irradiated" (you'll see a blue halo around them, and if
it's you, your screen will tint blue)  Those of you who know what
a "half-life" really is will appreciate that the damage the irradiated 
target takes halves every second. It usually takes 2 hits to kill.  
1 shot/second.

2-Rapid Fire mode:
Rapid-fires (duh) uranium projectiles.  Does 25 damage.  Does not
"irradiate" targets.  
5 shots/second.

3-Ammo Dump mode:
Launches an ammo cyllinder, which, once landed, will start to radiate--
a bunch of these in one place can really hurt someone! Approximately
2 shots/second.

Other Stuff:
The weapon displays a status readout on the target you're aiming at,
with class, health, and score (if applicable)

summon goodrail.radhealth

Activatable item-- when activated, destroys any radiation halos in the
area.  Gives you +10 health.

--- The Story ---

Well, as anyone who knows me (which is no-one, probably) knows, 
I started out in FPS gaming with Wolfenstein 3D, Duke Nukem 3D,
Doom, but then took a short break to focus on some of the coolest
non-shooter games ever, Prince of Persia, its sequel, and Alone in
the Dark.  I only recently started buying new FPSs, and I just bought
Quake II.  I read the manual, and started really liking the railgun...
alas, I loaded up the game, and said "What the !@*& is this?"  No
radiation effects?  Only one firing mode?  Ahh, I had been spoiled by
Unreal.  So, I decided to create the perfect railgun.  Now, all I need
is more modes, feedback, bug fixes, models, and skins. ;)
