NOTE: First Public Release Build for Unreal One.

New: UpgradeAutoMag implemented.

New: UpgradeMinigun implemented.

New: UpgradeRifle implemented.

New: UU_Projectile base code implemented.

New: Zone Entry/Exit Events will be triggered by all weapon fire.

New: Instant Hit Weapons (AutoMag, Minigun, Rifle) will now operate correctly through Warp Zones.

New: Water, Lava, Slime, and Tar Zones will now slow down the passage of projectiles and reduce their damage FX accordingly.

New: ZoneFluidFriction and ZoneGravity will now affect projectiles inside fluid filled zones (bWaterZone=True).

New: Effects in water and out of water are now different.

New: Sound in water and out of water are now different.

New: FX projectiles such as ShellCases also now follow the new rules.

New: Reflection off of walls is now an option.

New: Most FX now implemented Client Side only. Improved Network support.
