This is a mod for map makers.  It will be used in the Rage and 
USCM: Infestation Total Conversions.  I felt that it was sorely
needed for designers and map makers to be able to include rain 
in their maps so I set out to make this mod which I coded 
from scratch.  It is very very configurable, allowing you to set 
things like the way the rain drops look, the radius of coverage 
for the raindrops, wether or not you want thunder and many other 
options.  I tried to make this as easy to use as possible, but if
