UT2003 Mapping

Birelli: I'm proposing this become the main page for, well, mapping in UT2003, I'm going to start collecting all the mapping pages here.

Tarquin: the main page for UT2003 mapping is, well, Home Page. It's jsut we have to clean up all the UT stuff that's lying around

Birelli: Plenty of the UT stuff that's lying around is still valid, and some would be with a few minor tweaks. I guess the reason I think we need a page like this is that there are several different lists forming of stuff, and it's beginning to get hard to find things. It seems necessary to make one central list. I don't have anything against porting this entire page's contents over to the Home Page though.

Birelli: Ok, I guess this page isn't necessary. I forget how pages are deleted, but this page needs it.
